About the Role
As Digital Adoption specialist, you will encourage and enable internal Essity users to adopt smarter ways of working in our Digital Workplace by running trainings & workshops, create user friendly learning assets and provide inspiration & support on smarter ways of working.
Our IT Learning & Adoption team is responsible to plan and apply different strategies for providing effective IT trainings across Essity to meet well-defined targets. We are focusing on communications, change enablement, user adoption, training and value creation.
What You Will Do

Facilitate and drive business value through adoption activities

Comprehend different business challenges and address them, in order to assist your colleagues in adopting a smarter, better and more efficient way of working in our digital workplace landscape

Explore and test new digital workplace features

Run live training sessions for large, diverse audiences

Facilitate workshops to help teams identify opportunities to improve collaboration

Create user friendly training assets in various formats

Help users solve problems an explore possibilities

Collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders in IT to find solutions to business challenges

Participate in and drive cross-functional campaigns and initiatives around internal collaboration and communication

Proactively look for ways to improve the learning experience utilizing elements of gamification and competition.
Who You Are

You possess 3-5 years of relevant working experience

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or similar
-
You possess an excellent level of English; any other additional languages are a plus
-
You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical terms in a user-friendly way

You demonstrate knowledge of employee-facing services such as personal and group productivity tools, intranets, knowledge management, social networks, and technology support

You are technically savvy and see yourself as an early adopter

You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; experience with user adoption activities for Microsoft 365 is a big plus

You show proactivity, seeking input from various sources and unafraid to ask for additional information when needed.
