We are seeking a Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer to join WalkMe’s SAP Embedded Program. This role focuses on hands-on delivery of WalkMe solutions embedded within SAP platforms, supporting customer-facing implementations that drive adoption, usability, and business value.The Solutions Engineer will work closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to build, test, and maintain high-quality WalkMe solutions aligned with defined business objectives and SAP best practices. This is an execution-focused role with strong exposure to enterprise customers and SAP environments, offering a growth path into advanced solution ownership and technical specialization.
So what will you actually be doing?
- Build and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions embedded within SAP platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP CX).
- Deliver WalkMe solutions according to defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards for external-facing customer projects.
- Participate in solution design discussions to translate business requirements into effective digital adoption experiences.
- Own assigned build components end-to-end, including configuration, testing, and iteration based on feedback.
- Execute quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser/platform standards.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Solution Architects to support successful customer deliveries.
- Maintain and enhance existing WalkMe implementations through SAP releases, environment changes, or evolving business processes.
- Document solutions and build logic to support scalability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
- Work with Product, R&D, and Support teams to provide feedback on product capabilities, limitations, and enhancements related to SAP use cases.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve solution effectiveness, user experience, and adoption outcomes.
What should you bring to the table?
- 1+ years of experience in customer facing roles with technical background (tech support, pre-sales, professional services etc).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design concepts.
- Experience working on projects with external stakeholders or customers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating within a broader program team.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience building with WalkMe or similar digital adoption / UX enablement tools.
- Familiarity with SAP platforms such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, or SAP CX.
- Exposure to QA processes, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (scope, milestones, dependencies).
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, or enterprise environments.
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
