Job Description:
This role is designed to accelerate the adoption of industry innovative solutions by taking the lead to identify, cultivate, design, validate and deliver digital transformation applications to bring Mars Petcare into next frontier of digital and technical advancement.What are we looking for?
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, IT and business consulting experience
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, digital engagement, omni channel communication and private domain operation, experience in trending Adtech and Martech technology & application such as CDP/DMP in FMCG and other relevant industry
- Proven record of managing large scale digital transformation project under agile&scrum framework
- Strategic thinking and high solution orientation, good analytical understanding with learning agility and flexibility
- Excellent presentations skills, specifically the ability to create, plan and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences as well as senior leadership team
- Experienced in running & consulting incubation or acceleration programs in complex structure (preferred)
- Experienced in Metaverse, AR/VR/MR, Blockchain, NFT, DeFi, Dapp, DAO (preferred)
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Discover, Identify, and evaluate innovation ideas and opportunities that are relevant to Mars Petcare business context on both digital demand and supply end
- Engage with Petcare Business Leadership Team of various innovation format including webinar, workshop, academic panels, and immersion programs, ensure timely feedback with tangible follow-up actions and optimization goals
- Provide leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of policies, workflows, standards, and templates to support the innovation program and pilot processes
- Incubate future business format/model with internal and external partners via agile process, set up clear goal and measurement for test and learn and bring the business model into execution
- Management of external service providers / agency, plan and optimize resources to ensure speed and quality of delivery. Allocate work considering complexity and experience level
- Definition and measurement of the success criteria of individual initiatives as well as the effectiveness of these and ongoing optimization (e.g. successful measurement of pilot innovation program and the criteria of larger scale rollout) based on business oriented KPI frameworks
- Owns the entire project implementation lifecycle, utilizes the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks, and financials
- Able to manage projects via Agile methodology
- Develop strategies to encourage business users for adoption and setup continuous feedback closed loop
