We’re looking for a motivated, people‑oriented Digital Ad Ops Strategist to join our growing digital operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing high‑impact paid media campaigns while working collaboratively across a client‑focused team—and wants the added benefit of owning part of the company through our ESOP.

Who You Are
In this role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for our clients, working closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set up, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across:
- Programmatic display
- Paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft)
- Paid social
- Geofencing
- Monitor performance and ensure campaigns are delivering against goals
- Prepare and deliver clear, accurate campaign reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client strategy and execution
- Maintain strong attention to detail across multiple active campaigns
- Live in or near Lincoln, Nebraska and value intentional in-person collaboration in a hybrid environment (3 days per week onsite).

- Experience managing Google Search Ads and/or programmatic display campaigns
- Related paid media certifications (Google Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.) are a strong plus
