Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in sales while maintaining profitability for the top digital accounts in the Sports Nutrition market. You will build and maintain relationships with the different account representatives by working with them to grow their business and maximize our sales on their channels. Main tasks will include driving sales to hit goals, providing optimized digital content, developing & executing promotional calendar, ensuring our brands are represented in the optimal way and support with pitching new products/opportunities to grow our business.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Create and manage relationships with top digital accounts
  • Negotiate sell-in of new and existing items with external account managers
  • Develop promotional calendar on key items with retail partners
  • Monitor promotional credit spend and wholesale purchases month-to-month
  • Assess data trends to establish best marketing and promotional opportunities by account
  • Coordinate Input and processing purchase orders from accounts with our customer advocate team
  • Keep track of inventory levels to support in forecasting
  • Provide sampling opportunities with strategic partners to drive trial and purchase
  • Evaluate excess inventory opportunities and create pricing and promotion to move excess/expiring inventory
  • Utilize data to track purchase history/trends and build sales forecast to share with demand planning team
  • Manage MAP tracking software keep prices on accounts in line and aid in removing unwanted resellers from the web
  • Work with accounting to form credits and returns, and to capture payment and start new accounts
  • Discuss future pipeline and build excitement around new launches from Cellucor and Xtend brands
  • Source tracking information on packed shipments to update accounts
  • Stay up to date with latest trends in the digital marketing space as well as the sports nutrition market

What You Contribute: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Sales Management, Digital Account Management, Category Management and/or eCommerce
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills and sales reporting experience
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple key partner accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Service driven and enjoys meeting others’ needs daily
  • Self-starter that can effectively manage time with little to no supervision
  • Remains calm and can calm others in a frustrating or stressful environment
  • Has a passion for the fitness industry and believes in what we do
  • Ability to build strong internal/external relationships
