We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Digital Account Management Specialist to join our Digital Sales team, focusing on the Americas and EMEA regions. This role is ideal for a candidate based in Serbia who is proficient in English and some of the other European languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, etc. The team consists of 6 people and is reporting to the Director of Digital Sales. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by engaging with academic and corporate institutions, promoting our multi-channel marketing solution through building strong relationships.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2 + years of sales experience (minimum 1 year advertising, marketing, or recruiting experience).

  • Proficient level of English language and at least one more European language such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, etc.

It would be great if you also have . . .

  • Proficient level of any other language (besides those already mentioned).

  • Experience in sales within Academia & Government space.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develop new revenue from total addressable market to achieve/exceed territory revenue plan; plan and manage marketing campaigns positioned to build relationships with key contacts in universities and corporations; acquire detailed in-depth knowledge of our multi-channel marketing solution and fully understand all product use cases.

  • Maintain adequate meetings and opportunity creation volumes defined by KPI’s set by management; grow new business revenue in current accounts; maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms according to agreed timeframes.

  • Consult effectively with internal departments (Sales, Support and Marketing Department) to maximize sales opportunities and to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and wins; build a strong relationship with the Library, Research Office, and Marketing departments to drive success.

  • Maintain a strong prospecting strategy with effective time management and performance goals; take responsibility for identifying training and developmental needs for yourself on an on-going basis; undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

About The Team

The Digital Sales team is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers & driving account growth, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and consistent digital communication.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be standard EMEA working hours adjusted to US time (e.g. 10 am - 6 pm Serbian time).

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week. 

Occasional travel is required.
