We are seeking a Digital Accelerator Lead to help us realize our ambition to put the needs of pet parents at the heart of our connected communications strategy.The ideal candidate will be a highly focused, driven martech practitioner, and process change agent.
This role will enable our first-party data and marketing technologies and will support those who use our first-party data to build brand awareness, activation, and ongoing advocacy. To be considered for this role you will need proven first-hand experience shaping the martech platforms and processes that deliver meaningful personalization at scale and across channels.
What are we looking for?

University degree or equivalent and/or experience in similar digital positions.

5+ years of demonstrated experience leading high-profile, multi-faceted martech programs of work and projects.

3-5 years of recent experience in marketing technology platform use and delivery
-
Proven experience in connecting business/brand goals with technology capability

Proven experience in change management from traditional waterfall ways of working to more agile and flexible coordination and delivery

Proven experience in leading and delivering multiple projects and platforms including managing data-driven media, working with agencies, or working on agency/platform side, data partners, or other marketing communications and technology vendors.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Ownership of the ANZ Digital Acceleration Goals: With the support of the Data-driven Marketing Director and execution from the Digital Engagement Manager, you will work with our brand teams to create a strategic link between brand through to the holistic audience activation.

ANZ Data Strategy: You will lead the piloting, adoption, and operationalization of Mars 1P data use cases, partnering with brand teams to translate and create strategic linkages.

‘User-Stories’: You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather a clear description of Data-driven Marketing ‘user-stories’ for the (ANZ and Global) Martech Delivery team’s ‘use-case’ documentation.

New Capability Prioritisation & Management: You will gather a clear description of ANZ specific and Global Martech deliverables and their dependencies.
