About the Role
Step into a people leader role where you'll drive technical innovation and operational efficiency across our ANZ operations. As the Digital Tech Lead, you'll lead local and regional software teams to develop and implement applications that enhance business performance. This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about automation, process improvement, and making a meaningful impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of applications to drive operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership to align projects with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business and customer needs.
• Lead projects to ensure compliance with data security and local/global application standards.
• Support post-launch application functionality and compliance.

Role Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a .Net/SQL environment, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience in project management and change management (3+ years each) within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
