Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Instructs workers in methods of performing duties and assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation.

  • Responsible for employee in-services.

  • Repairs are reported to engineering.

  • Supervises special functions as assigned.

  • Responsible for maintenance of the computer food service module.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics from an accredited college required.

  • Must be registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the State of Texas.

  • Two years administrative experience in a hospital foodservice desired.

  • Supervisory experience beneficial.

  • Knowledgeable in food service computer programs.
