Job Description:
Duties/ResponsibilitiesInstructs workers in methods of performing duties and assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation.
Responsible for employee in-services.
Repairs are reported to engineering.
Supervises special functions as assigned.
Responsible for maintenance of the computer food service module.
Bachelor's degree in dietetics from an accredited college required.
Must be registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the State of Texas.
Two years administrative experience in a hospital foodservice desired.
Supervisory experience beneficial.
Knowledgeable in food service computer programs.
