Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our culinary team as a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents in accordance with the posted therapeutic diet menus. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and no late nights, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing each day as a Dietary Aide:

  • Sets up tables in the Health Center Dining room and breaks down same after meals.
  • Charts food and fluid intake in Health Center Dining Room
  • Communicate with residents concerning nutritional needs.

  • Experience in nursing home food service work preferred. 
  • Experience working with seniors is preferred. 
  • Must have ability to read, write, and speak English, understand measurements.
