As a Dietary Aide, you will support the dietary team in preparing and serving meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work plays a key role in ensuring residents receive quality nutrition and a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with meal preparation and tray setup
- Serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Clear trays and assist with dishwashing and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety and infection control procedures
- Support the dietary team with daily operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Compassion for an underserved population

PACS provides back-office administrative support to 321 independently-operated healthcare facilities in 17 states.
