As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting our residents by helping provide nutritious meals, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and contributing to a positive experience for those we serve.

What You'll DoAs a Dietary Aide, you will support the Dietary Services team by:
- Assisting with the preparation and portioning of cold food items, beverages, snacks, and nourishments.
- Preparing, labeling, and organizing between-meal snacks and maintaining nourishment area stock.
- Assisting with meal setup, tray preparation, delivery, and service.
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, trays, and other service ware in accordance with infection control and food safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Following established food handling procedures, dietary policies, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Working collaboratively with the Dietary Services Department and other members of the Center team.
- Reporting safety concerns, hazardous conditions, and equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Completing required training and attending departmental and Center meetings as assigned.
- Treating residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members with dignity, kindness, and respect.
- Following all infection prevention, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
