What You'll DoAs a Dietary Aide, you'll work alongside our culinary team to provide excellent dining experiences for our residents by:
Assisting with meal preparation and meal service
Setting up and delivering resident meal trays
Preparing snacks and nourishments
Washing dishes and operating the commercial dishwasher
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Cleaning workstations, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
Sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
Stocking and organizing food and supplies
Supporting the cooks and dietary leadership team as needed
Working collaboratively with nursing, housekeeping, and other departments to provide outstanding resident care

High school diploma or GED preferred
Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals.
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing routine kitchen cleaning duties.
