REGENCY OAKS is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide to join our team! 

The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to Health Center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus. 


Schedule: Full-time 2:00pm-7:30pm

Rate: $15.00/hour   

PRINCIPLE DUTIES: 

1. Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads as required. 

2. Serves meals in the health center. 

3. Sets up tables in the health center dining room and breaks down same after meal. 

4. Transports hot and cold foods to and from the health center. 

5. Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition. 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. 

2. Previous experience in nursing home food service preferred. 

3. Ability to plan and organize work, set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and interpret specifications and standards.
