Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Didactic Sector team in Lisboa, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and effective technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, and training materials.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content.
- Analyze complex technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and screenshots to enhance understanding.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and instructional design.
- Participate in content review processes and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain and update existing documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in creating user manuals, online help systems, and training materials.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Ability to create clear and effective visual aids (diagrams, charts, etc.).
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
