📌 What We’re Looking For: Senior Product Specialist
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Specialist to join our Product team and take ownership of DANA’s Account Lifecycle features—covering registration, login, dormant, and account deletion. You will play a key role in shaping seamless, secure, and compliant user account experiences that support millions of users across Indonesia.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the full product lifecycle of Account Lifecycle features like Onboarding Experience, Account Modification, and deactivated account from discovery to release and continuous monitoring.
- Analyze user behavior, pain points, and market trends to identify product improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering skill growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences.
- Work closely with business, legal, and compliance, and any other departments/teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor product performance using data and user feedback; identify and prioritize optimizations based on insights.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) activities by collaborating with marketing, customer service, and operations teams for smooth product rollouts.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields (internship experience counts!).
- Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a strong plus.
- Based in Jakarta (office presence required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data analysis, user research, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and business teams.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
