Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of a Dialler Administrator. The role will be responsible for the first line of communication – dialler individual to liaise across departments and clients to collect data for multiple dialler campaigns. Data is loaded daily as per the queuing requirements of the client and operation.
Responsibilities will include:
• System support purchased and in-house developed.
• New Client Code creation.
• Daily Debit Order checks.
• PBX configuration.
• Asterisk system support with some levels of Development and scripting.
Requirements
Required Experience
• 5 Years of Call center systems and agent support experience.
• 3 years of Asterisk system experience.
• 5 Years of Dialer administration and setup experience.
• 5 Years of SQL knowledge and experience with some data analytics.
• Quality assurance and development testing (Advantage).
