Autodesk is seeking a DEX Solution Insights Strategist to join the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team within the Enterprise Systems and Experience organization. This team delivers capabilities that enrich and improve the overall Autodesk employee experience.
This is a hybrid role in the US Novi, Michigan location.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee interactions with digital tools, systems, and processes
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize insights effectively
- Monitor and evaluate digital engagement, connection metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to address technical issues affecting digital workflows and optimize system performance
- Document employee journeys, workflows, and use cases to identify friction points and recommend solutions
- Present solution insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including HR, IT, and C-suite executives
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital employee experience initiatives
- Partner with IT and HR teams to align data-driven strategies with broader employee engagement goals
- Advocate for continuous improvement by benchmarking data and refining strategies based on findings
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solution insights or a similar role
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization platforms (ex: Power BI)
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges in employee digital workflows or system/tool usability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital employee experience analytics
- Familiarity with concepts and success metrics related to digital employee experience, such as engagement or employee satisfaction & effort measurement
- Knowledge of modern workplace tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms
- Experience following data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance
- A team player who contributes to organizational growth through collaboration and innovation
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
