Vous contribuerez à l'évolution des capacités DevSecOps qui soutiennent la livraison des solutions numériques, analytiques et d'intelligence artificielle de l'entreprise. Vous participerez à la conception et à l'amélioration continue de services sécurisés, automatisés et réutilisables permettant d'accroître la vélocité des équipes tout en assurant la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des livraisons.
Responsabilités
Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des capacités DevSecOps modernes basées sur Azure DevOps et AWS;
Développer des solutions d'automatisation en Python, TypeScript et PowerShell afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et la fiabilité des processus de développement et de déploiement;
Concevoir et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD intégrant des contrôles automatisés de qualité, de sécurité et de conformité;
Contribuer à l'évolution de la chaîne d'outils de développement, notamment pour la gestion du code source, la qualité logicielle, les artéfacts, l'observabilité et la sécurité applicative;
Développer des capacités libre-service et des modèles réutilisables favorisant l'autonomie des équipes de développement;
Collaborer avec les équipes d'architecture, de cybersécurité et d'ingénierie afin d'assurer l'alignement des solutions avec les standards et orientations technologiques de l'entreprise;
Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des services de la Plateforme de développement et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques DevSecOps;
Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'offre de services et contribuer à l'évolution de la feuille de route de la Plateforme de développement.
Qualifications
5 à 10 années d'expérience en développement logiciel, DevOps ou DevSecOps;
Expérience en conception et intégration de solutions complexes;
Expérience en automatisation des builds, tests et déploiements;
Maîtrise de PowerShell, Python et bonne connaissance de TypeScript;
Connaissance des pratiques CI/CD;
Expérience en assurance qualité;
Expérience dans des environnements technologiques hybrides (sur site et infonuagiques);
Connaissance des environnements Windows et Linux;
Connaissance d'AWS et de CloudFormation;
Expérience en sécurité applicative (atout);
Connaissance des environnements ServiceNow et/ou Atlassian (atout).

Skills Required
- 5 to 10 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or DevSecOps
- Experience designing and integrating complex solutions
- Experience automating builds, tests, and deployments
- Mastery of PowerShell
- Proficiency in Python
- Good knowledge of TypeScript
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Experience in quality assurance
- Experience in hybrid technology environments, including on-premises and cloud environments
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Knowledge of AWS and CloudFormation
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in Canada
- Experience in application security
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Atlassian environments
