We are looking for a talented DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in securing and managing cloud infrastructure and container-based resources. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and security tools. You will be responsible for embedding security into the development lifecycle, managing cloud environments, and automating processes to improve efficiency and security. The position involves close collaboration with the company’s security and DevOps teams to ensure alignment of DevSecOps practices with operational and security policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and secure cloud infrastructure and container-based environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Identity, Access, and Secrets Management across cloud environments
- Patch Management: Lead efforts to maintain updated software and security patches
- Monitoring and Incident Response: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security issues
- Process Automation: Automate tasks and processes using scripting and DevOps tools
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear procedures and protocols
- Tool Testing: Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance security
- Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to align DevSecOps practices with operational and business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms
- Expertise in DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management tools
- Understanding of security in container-based environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting for automation
- Advanced understanding of enterprise networking (protocols, routing, switching)
- Experience with VPN or Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
