CACI is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support our customer on the DHRES Program. This person will be able to work with a team developing cutting edge products for the DOD.
Core Responsibility:
- Perform routine Linux system administrator tasks including troubleshooting issues, patching, and harden
- Develop and maintain docker container environment, interfacing with developers on application / development requirements.
- Work with security scanning tools maintaining proper system compliance.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to optimize build, testing and deployment process.
- Automate and standardize repetitive tasks with version-controlled scripts and c Stay current on recommended best practices in relevant frameworks, tools, and language • Reason objectively with other engineers about the technical merit of individual solution.
- Configure AWS resources mainly including EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, SNS and Configure and support Atlassian tool suite (GitLab, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluent
- Write and update technical documentation.
- Support software development team with feature testing and deployment Required Skills.
- Experience with Linux, Containers and general knowledge of administering servers in cloud environments.
- Current Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of onboarding.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Linux infrastructure hardening according to DISA STIG specification.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Docker, GitLab, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Confluence.
- Experience with scripting and automation to
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely rel field, or equivalent Experience require 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration expertise.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
