We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity
Engineering Professional Services team.
The IAM Consultant will be pivotal in managing, analysing, designing, and implementing processes and technologies for automated and intelligent access. This role demands an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, with expertise extending to Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of multiple existing IAM frameworks and processes.
• Architect and design scalable and robust IAM strategies, methodologies, processes, and frameworks
• aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity architecture.
• Provide architectural oversight and manage IAM processes and technology to ensure ongoing compliance, effectiveness, and long-term scalability.
• Provide expert guidance and support on IAM best practices and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute IAM training and awareness programmes.
• Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, technologies, and IAM solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IAM Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in applying cybersecurity compliance, regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) to the design and implementation of IAM solutions and controls.
• Proficiency in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Expertise in architecting and implementing IAM solutions across diverse on-premises and cloud
• infrastructures (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP Cloud IAM), encompassing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Proficiency in authentication and authorisation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, .NET or Python, for IAM automation and integration tasks.
• Great organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.

Nice to Have: 

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are highly valued.
• Experience with IAM services and tools such as One Identity, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar are highly valued.
• Participation in cybersecurity and IAM-related communities, forums, or professional networks.
