Job Description- Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles by defined policies and procedures.
- Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
- Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Respond promptly to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries, collaborating with another team.
- Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and correctly.
- Perform a password reset
- Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Active Directory
RSA and HID Platforms (MFA)
Azure Entra-ID and O365
Methodical and rigorous
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
