Do you want to join us this spring as a DevOps Trainee and help operate Telia Company’s Trouble Ticketing Platform?
We’re looking for a motivated trainee to join us for ~3 months starting in May (with flexibility), supporting the team that operates Telia Company’s Trouble Ticketing Platform. You’ll work hands-on with enterprise-scale systems, gain real-world DevOps experience, and collaborate with professionals in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. The internship is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the possibility of a full-time offer upon completion.
What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in supporting the reliability and performance of our on-premises ServiceNow instance and related systems.
Your responsibilities include:
Writing Ansible scripts and supporting deployments
Learning and working with the ServiceNow platform
Assisting with automation and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating with cross-functional agile teams to solve real-world challenges
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from experienced engineers and contribute to projects that matter.
What will help you thrive in this role:
We are looking for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn. You don’t need years of experience - just curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
Basic technical knowledge (Linux, scripting in Bash or JavaScript is a plus)
Interest in automation and DevOps practices
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
No prior ServiceNow experience? No problem – we’ll teach you!

Monthly salary for this position – 1260 Eur. (gross), although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
