We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead eager to become a pioneering core member of our R&D organization. In this role, you will shape the team, drive innovation, and lay the groundwork for scalable, robust infrastructure as we grow exponentially.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a highly professional DevOps team.
- Build and lead the roadmap for scalable AWS/Kubernetes-based environments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams and lead the efforts to optimize time-to-market and quality.
- Drive best practices in CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and performance.
- Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD/Rollouts, NodeJS/Typescript/Python, Terraform, Helm.
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps experience (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field experience.
