As a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:
- designing, building, and operating scalable infrastructure to support over 1 billion monthly requests, ensuring performance, availability, and resilience
- deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling across a highly dynamic environment
- collaborating closely with engineering teams and technical leadership to improve reliability, system performance, and deployment velocity
- continuously monitoring, testing, and improving our systems to meet fast-growing operational demands, with a focus on automation and observability
- helping define and adopt SLIs/SLOs to drive system health and incident response maturity
- contributing to infrastructure design decisions, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and building reusable, modular infrastructure components using Terraform
- actively sharing knowledge, improving DevOps practices, and elevating the team’s engineering culture
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles in high-scale, production environments
- proven expertise in cloud-based systems, ideally with GCP, and are confident in scaling infrastructure for high-traffic services
- Kubernetes expertise, knowing how to run, secure, scale, and monitor multi-node clusters in real-world scenarios
- experience with container networking and edge routing technologies such as Traefik or Envoy
- deep knowledge in system performance, resilience engineering, and incident response
- being familiar with defining and applying SLIs/SLOs, and understanding how to build systems that recover gracefully
- confidence working with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana
- a collaborative and proactive mindset, with a strong interest in sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and continuously learning
- the desire to thrive in environments that balance high technical standards with pragmatic decision-making
