Job Summary:
As a DevOps Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for identifying the technical requirements within an opportunity, matching them to Keeper Security solutions, and supporting the sale by positioning and demonstrating differences. You will provide product trials and evaluations to Keeper Security partners, assist with implementation and integration, and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Github Actions, and Azure DevOps
● Establish relationships and engage with technical personnel to identify opportunities
to sell Keeper Security products and services.
● Conduct product and technical demonstrations of Keeper Security products either remotely or onsite
● Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel
partners and customers.
● Achieve or exceed revenue targets as part of the Sales Team
● Possess strong problem solving skills, often under pressure, to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
● Have broad expertise or unique knowledge in the area of Cybersecurity, and use those skills to execute company objectives and achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
● Use professional concepts in providing primarily pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper Security Solutions.
● Act as a leader within the sales teams in assessing potential application of Keeper Security products to meet customer’s business needs.
● Lead the consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
● Address issues that affect the design/selling success of future concepts, products,
or technologies.
● Keep accurate accounts of activity and issue updates in Salesforce for reporting purposes
Requirements
● B.S. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
● 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Github Actions, and Azure DevOps
● 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or Engineering
● 2+ years of experience navigating the sales cycle with large enterprise organizations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
● Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux
● Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiences
● Technical background in networking and security applications as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
Preferred Requirements:
● Industry recognized certifications
● Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and Okta
● Experience providing solutions to and understanding the requirements of Enterprise Customers
● Prior experience with cybersecurity solutions or relevant experience with IAM or other security SAAS solutions
●Ability to travel approximately 5-10% of the time both domestically and internationally
