We are looking
for a highly hands-on DevOps Manager with deep expertise in Docker and
Kubernetes, capable of designing and building production-grade infrastructure
from scratch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in deploying and
managing PHP-based applications on containerized platforms with high
availability, scalability, and strong security practices.
● Architect and build
end-to-end containerized infrastructure from scratch
● Design and deploy PHP
applications on Docker & Kubernetes
● Set up and manage highly
available Kubernetes clusters
● Implement auto-scaling,
load balancing, and failover mechanisms
● Handle deep-level
troubleshooting (pod, node, network, cluster issues)
● Optimize Docker images,
build pipelines, and runtime performance
● Implement secure
infrastructure (network policies, secrets, RBAC, etc.)
● Ensure zero/low downtime
deployments
● Build and manage CI/CD
pipelines
● Monitor system health and
proactively resolve production issues
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience
with:
○ Docker —
image creation, optimization, networking
○ Kubernetes
— cluster setup, deployments, scaling, troubleshooting
Proven experience in:
○ Deploying
PHP applications on Kubernetes
○ Designing
systems from scratch (not just maintenance)
Deep troubleshooting skills:
○ Pod
failures, CrashLoopBackOff, networking issues, resource limits
Additional requirements:
○ Experience
with high availability architectures
○ Strong
understanding of security best practices in container environments
○ Experience
with CI/CD pipelines
○ Cloud
experience — AWS / GCP / Azure (required)
