Description

Why You'll Love Working Here

Get into a role where you lead the DevOps scene, steering projects that blend creativity with technology. Enjoy the startup energy and the stability of an established company, with perks that respect your life outside of work.

What You'll Be Diving Into

Working onsite with our team (with occasional opportunity to work remotely) collaborate and conquer: bridge the gap between departments, turning collective needs into streamlined, tech-driven successes. Work with teams across the board - from sales to sandbox, everyone's pulling in the same direction here. You'll help them nail down what they really need and turn those dreams into reality, project by project.

Tech Mastery: In the realm of deployment and maintenance, your ability to manage our tech stack with finesse is crucial. Bring the knowledge to the squad - but also know that if you need to level up, our team is full of subject matter experts ready to share their whiteboard wisdom. Dive into our tech world where learning meets leading, and every challenge is a chance to grow.

Networking Know-How: IP addresses, CIDR, and the occasional Juniper hardware soiree - if these are your jam, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

How about someone who's really into Python and Linux, rocking it for over seven years with code that stands the test of time. If you can speak setting up and managing VMs, especially with VMware and Proxmox, then you're speaking us. If you can roll up your sleeves and dive into setups and tweaks, we're leaning in.

Are you keen on Ansible, Flask, and a whiz at Git or Mercurial? If weaving through automation tasks, spinning up slick web apps, and crafting code that's a breeze to maintain sounds like your kind of gig, then you're the teammate we're looking for.

A networking ninja, or at least someone who doesn't get lost in the subnet. Experience with monitoring systems such as Splunk, RRDTool, PRTG, Prometheus, and so on weighs bigly.

If you've got a knack for GIS, that's fantastic. And when it comes to SQL, you don't need to be a guru, but you should know your way around a JOIN. It's all about using these tools to create a clearer picture, helping us map out the smartest paths and making sure our systems are as clever as they are effective.

Salesforce experience? Cool cool, but we're also interested in your ability to play nice with others and broker some joint wins.

The Perks

Culture: Startup spirit with the perks of a grown-up business. We're madcap, celebrate big wins, and work hard.

Benefits: All the essentials covered, from health to dental, plus some nice extras.

Time Off: Generous vacation and sick time off because we know life isn't just about work.
