We are hiring a DevOps Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering and operating our ArcGIS Enterprise platform on a slightly customized AWS EKS/Kubernetes environment.
This is a people-first leadership role with strong technical accountability. You will hire, coach, and develop GIS DevOps engineers while setting technical direction across reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cost. You will work closely with Cloud Platform, Security, Data/Analytics, and application teams to ensure the GIS platform is operated with strong engineering discipline and modern DevOps practices.

- Ensure Infrastructure as Code and automation standards are in place for repeatable, auditable environments and upgrades, for example Terraform and Helm
- Drive CI/CD practices for platform changes, upgrades, configuration management, and controlled rollouts
- Shape operational tooling across monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and incident response
