What you will do:
As a DevOps Engineer at NN in Athens, you drive digital change, making NN Hellas’ insurance services more reliable, secure and scalable for its customers across Greece. In this role, you modernize cloud infrastructure and enable teams to deliver faster, safer solutions that make a real difference when it matters most.
Your day-to-day:
- Design, deploy and support Azure landing zones, using tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Redeploy and standardise existing Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking and security components.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and automated workflows.
- Maintain Azure cloud networking, including on-premises connectivity, subscription interconnectivity and firewalls.
- Collaborate with engineers across NN Hellas and NN Group in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
Joining the technology team at NN Hellas, you’ll work closely with cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, security experts and international colleagues within NN Group. As a team we value collaboration, shared ownership and continuous learning, building reliable platforms for business teams and customers.
Who you are:You work methodically and always with a security focus. Effective in complex environments, you balance operations with improvement and collaboration, while communicating clearly. You also have:
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps to automate infrastructure and deployments.
- The ability to manage and support Azure networking, identity and core platform services such as virtual machines and storage.
- Experience with writing and maintaining scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate operational tasks.
- The ability to work effectively in Agile/DevSecOps teams, manage multiple priorities and maintain quality and reliability.
