Pipeline as Code development (Groovy/Yaml) with Jenkins and Azure DevOps
Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, Helm)
Infrastructure Automation (Terraform, Ansible)
Systems/Application Monitoring (AppDynamics, ElasticAPM, Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash)
Collaborate with development, quality assurance, operations, support, and infrastructure teams to ensure the smooth movement of high-quality deployment artifacts through the deployment pipeline.
Identify interdependencies and productivity barriers between development and operations functions, improving productivity and reducing bottlenecks.
Identify opportunities to automate operations processes that slow down the delivery pipeline, enhancing developer efficiency and speed.
Design, implement, and maintain automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployment processes.
Create reusable automation libraries and APIs that can be leveraged across the enterprise.
Standardize change, validation, and deployment processes to reduce complexity and ensure smooth delivery cycles.
Drive continuous improvement efforts for both development and operations teams, ensuring streamlined and efficient practices.
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in DevOps, with hands-on expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, test-driven development, and release management.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Cloud, container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), and systems/application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash).
Skills: Strong proficiency in developing pipeline as code (Groovy/Yaml) using Jenkins and Azure DevOps, along with a solid understanding of automation practices.
Leadership: Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
