DevOps Engineer

Join us in revolutionizing customer experiences with our client, a global leader in cloud contact center software. As a Middle DevOps Engineer, you will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the development and deployment of software used by thousands of customers worldwide. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one public cloud platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions. 
• Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD and application delivery. 
• Troubleshoot and support current cloud platforms in production, including participating in on-call rotations. 
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure. 

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. 
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). 
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). 
• Development/scripting experience (Python, Java, or similar). 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub). 
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and runtimes. 
• Experience with Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native orchestration tools. 
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices. 
• Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
