As a DevOps Engineer, your role spans a spectrum of responsibilities, from technical expertise in version control and coding to leadership in CI/CD implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and security.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, and containers.
- Support incident response and maintenance tasks to provide reliable application performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar.
- Strong familiarity with AWS services and Azure.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
