The Role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in managing and enhancing our production systems. You will work across the full technology stack focusing on infrastructure, automation, security, and CI/CD pipelines, helping shape the future of our high-impact U.S. product from Australia.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain stable, secure, and high-performance production environments
- Manage and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on security and scalability
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GoCD
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions such as Icinga and ELK stack
- Script and develop tools using Python and Bash, supporting containerised environments with Docker and Kubernetes
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in fast-paced, agile Australian tech environments
- Strong expertise with AWS, including networking and VPC configurations
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and Docker in production
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform
- Skilled in Python and Bash scripting
- Familiarity with ELK stack, Kafka, Apache Spark, and MongoDB is a plus
