ABOUT THE TEAM:
Our development team consists of specialists in the Frontend, Backend, QA, etc, but we work to avoid “separation of concerns” on a team level and give everybody insight and hands-on experience of what everyone else is doing. We believe strongly in opening opportunities for junior developers to be mentored and grow their skills. We would prefer to meet professionals who are already based in Berlin or willing to move to Berlin.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Project infrastructure support on K8s
- Administering K8s. Providing secure access to hosting resources
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the company's services
- Deployment, monitoring, and support of the company's cloud services
- Improving existing infrastructure, including scalability and resiliency
- Prompt response and elimination of incidents
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Understanding of the CI / CD processes and the ability to use them in practice
- Good knowledge of Docker and K8s
- Experience with clouds (GCE, AWS, and so on)
- Knowledge of bash, Golang
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Traefik (or other load balancers) is an advantage
- Experience with DataDog / Prometheus
- Knowledge of Git
- The ability to work independently in a small team
- Strong communication skills
