Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a DevOps engineer you will play a crucial role in driving, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
- Define, drive, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and prioritize requirements
- Create and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of DevOps, C++ and Java programming skills.
- Drive the release/iteration planning, review, retrospective, and workshops
- Make informed decisions on product features and prioritization based on data and user feedback
- Should be able to communicate product vision, goals, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical limitations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Ability to work three days in the office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role within software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence and DevOps tools.
- Excellent technical understanding of software development processes and best practices.
- Proven track record of successful product deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being decisive when needed.
- Telecom experience is preferred.
- Scrum Product Owner/Scrum master certification is preferred.
- Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
