Description
Papaya is launching a new game-changing initiative, and we're seeking a skilled and visionary Senior DevOps Engineer to be the first member of the core team. This role is highly significant, as this project is in its infancy, and therefore, whoever takes part in it will have the opportunity to shape and influence its foundation.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-scale backend platform for millions of users.
- Lead end-to-end solutions from requirements to production with design that decreases the time-to-market.
- Write high-quality well architectured systems following industry best practices and standards.
- Experiment with new technologies, tools, and 3rd party frameworks. Utilize them to deliver state-of-the-art tech.
- Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, NodeJs/Typescript/.NET Core, Terraform, Helm
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven record in server applications design and development.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture
- Proficiency in a major development language.
- Autodidactic learner, passionate for learning new technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Can-do approach.
- Background in streaming, gaming or mobile companies - an advantage.
