Description
Checkmarx is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing Checkmarx One™ Platform Engineering DevOps group. Checkmarx One™ is our flagship unified Application Security Platform, developed with the most cutting-edge cloud native technologies, and deployed in multi-cloud and on-premises environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, automate, scale, and secure Checkmarx production environments using infrastructure-as-code with AWS CDK, Jenkins, Argo CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Operator Framework, Helm, Bash, Go, and Python.
- Monitor and maintain production environments with fluentbit, ELK, Grafana and Prometheus.
- Implement security best practices to secure Checkmarx production environments and get FedRAMP certification.
- Work closely with engineering teams and other DevOps teams to define platform infrastructure requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Kubernetes Operator Framework.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, scale and security concepts.
- Experience working with production cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience building and maintenance of pipelines (Jenkins/CircleCI/etc.).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (AWS CDK/Terraform/etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Experience working with FedRAMP
