DevOps Engineer

We have an open application for a DevOps Engineer.

Our scale is huge: we manage a fleet of 8000 servers across multiple on-prem and multi-public-cloud kubernetes environments, handling more than 8 million requests per second which generates multiple terabytes of data every day.

Scalability, reliability and “building the right thing” are in our genes, and we embrace automation and open-source. We love data and what it can tell us about our systems and we make sure to balance life and work to extract the best of both worlds.

A day in the life

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs for managing and controlling our data centers operations.
• Design, implement and maintain systems to support cloud-like infrastructure procedures.
• You will help other engineers be efficient: you will discuss problems engineers are solving and you will consult and help them build optimal systems.
• You will help build and maintain tools for monitoring and deployment for optimal delivery and performance in a fully Gitops based environment.
• Automate pipeline for vendor communication.
• Automate hardware lifecycle: from elevation moment till decommission.
• You will be on-call and will help developers resolve production issues. 

What you’ll bring

•  3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and infrastructure. 
• 3+ Years of proven industry experience in developing in one or more languages, such as Go, Python, Java, or similar.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and server management. 
• Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Ansible and Jenkins).
• Experience using version control tools such as Git. 
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested production code.

Technical Skills/Experience will be tested in the recruitment process.
