- Develop and maintain on-prem Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
- Develop and maintain innovative and leading-edge solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and Golang.
- Develop and maintain version release processes.
- Utilize and manage monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Tackle larger scale optimization problems.
- Engage with the Software Development teams to build and maintain a seamless development flow.
- Collaborate with peers in the Software, Architecture, and Hardware teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
- Experience of building and maintaining of k8s cluster - Must
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking.
- Experience in developing with Go or other programming languages
- Experience in other related technologies: Docker, Kubespray, Kubevirt, Terraform, Flux, Argo CD, Prometheus, Grafana
- Experience with developing and writing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with system load balancing, scalability, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge in Git/Gerrit/GitHub
- Linux system administration
- Experience with development on Linux
- Proven scripting knowledge: bash/python/groovy
- Experience with implementing and administering systems in a virtualized environment, such as VMware, KVM, and Vagrant, is a plus
- Experience in analyzing, configuring, and maintaining CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian Linux servers.
