We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this crucial role. Your previous experience as a developer or technical professional will be invaluable in this position.

You Will:

• Be a forward-thinker
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Be reporting to and mentored by the Director of DevOps.
• Implement and manage CICD pipelines
• Advocate DevOps culture and practices across the organisation
• Design and build automation, along with advising and assisting QA automation efforts
• Work closely with the Frontend, Backend and QA teams to deliver new and improved DevOps functions.
• Prioritise workload in conjunction with software engineering sprint requirements
• Influence Cloud architecture designs
• Have a Everything as Code mentality
• Design, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using DRY practice
• Continuously improve security and quality scanning of static code with a shift left approach

You Have:

• Solid grounding of software engineering and infrastructure operations
• IaC (Infrastructure as Code) expertise using Terraform
• Expertise in DevOps Platforms GitHub and Azure DevOps
• CICD proficiency in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines or equivalent
• Experience with Blue/Green (Hot/Cold) deployments and application load balancing
• Serverless computing implementation experience
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash
• Strong knowledge of either Azure or AWS (Azure preferred)
• Experience in Database Change Management Solutions (Liquibase, Flyway)
• Monitoring experience in Grafana or equivalent
• Experience implementing logging and diagnostics
• Extensive knowledge of Git
• Solid documentation skills
• Ability to continuously learn new technologies




• Containerisation using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus
• Azure or AWS certifications is a plus
• HashiCorp Terraform certification is a plus
