THE ROLE
Join the Everpure Data Intelligence team in Prague. Its Data Context team builds AI capabilities across the product, including entity extraction, document classification, OCR, image processing, Knowledge Graph, and LLM/SLM modules.
We are scaling our release process and seeking a dedicated owner for CI/CD and delivery infrastructure to manage the path from commit to customer across both our SaaS platform and on-premises products.
In this role, you will be part of the DevOps team, working closely with Development, QA, and Product Owners to ensure fast, reliable, and predictable releases. You will lead the design, launch, and automation of our pre-production (UAT) environment and continuously optimize our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build & Launch UAT Environments: Design, launch, and manage a dedicated pre-production (UAT) environment for QA and Product validation that reliably mirrors production.
- Automate Delivery Pipelines: Automate environment provisioning and promotion from dev to UAT to release, including SaaS and on-premise packaging.
- Enhance CI/CD & Security: Integrate automated testing, security checks, and robust secrets and per-environment configuration management into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize Release Cycle: Continuously improve build and deployment reliability, reduce release cycle time, and serve as the subject matter expert for delivery and infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Dev, QA, and Product Owners to align release readiness and acceptance processes.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on production experience with containerized applications.
- Proven track record of building and managing staging, UAT, or test environments used by QA teams.
- Experience with both multi-tenant SaaS platforms and on-premises enterprise deployments.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and IaC tooling such as Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
