We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Technology organization. In this role, you will help build, automate, and support scalable application platforms while driving DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and platform reliability. You will play a key role in supporting a platform that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced document processing capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, or similar tools.
Support and manage containerized applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Monitor application and platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve deployment processes and platform reliability.
Support Linux-based environments, primarily RHEL.
Identify security vulnerabilities and help implement remediation solutions.
Contribute to cloud architecture and platform modernization initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role.
Strong experience with:
CI/CD Automation
Jenkins and/or Tekton
OpenShift and Kubernetes
RHEL/Linux Administration
Terraform and Helm
Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture
Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, Perl, or Ruby.
Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Microsoft Azure experience, CI/CD Automation, Jenkins/Tekton, Cloud Architecture, RHEL, OpenShift/Kubernetes, IaC (Helm/Terraform)
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, HashiCorp Vault, Istio Service Mesh,Checkmarx,Snyk,SonarQube
Proactive and Strong problem-solving mindset.
