We are looking for a DevOps & Platform Engineer to join our journey!
As a DevOps Engineer at TailorMed, you’ll build and maintain the resilient infrastructure that enables providers and partners to deliver affordable care at scale. Your ownership of our reliability, performance, and deployment pipelines will directly support millions of patients seeking access to essential treatment.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
- Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS).
- Develop and maintain various projects in Python, Bash, and NodeJS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance to ensure high availability and reliability, utilizing tools such as Grafana and Coralogix.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools such as OpenTofu.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and vulnerabilities mitigated (SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation.
- Support different teams and departments with issues, requests, and questions.
- Implement security patches, configurations, and mitigations using security tools like WAF, CSPM, CASB (VPN), Identity Providers, etc.
- Over 3 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with sensitive data.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, EKS (Kubernetes), and GitLab.
- Experience with security tools such as WAF, CSPM, CASB (VPN), and Identity Providers.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash.
- Ability to effectively operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team and company environment.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud technology space.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be service-oriented.
- Strong self-learning skills.
- Ability to work independently.
