We are seeking an experienced Release Engineer / DevOps Engineer with a strong operations and production support mindset to manage enterprise-grade application deployments and platform stability. The role focuses on release management, CI/CD support, Kubernetes/OpenShift operations, and cross-team coordination to ensure reliable and secure production releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments
  • Execute weekly releases and support ad-hoc patch deployments
  • Act as the first point of contact for deployment-related and environment issues
  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Kubernetes / Red Hat OpenShift platforms
  • Monitor cluster health and proactively resolve platform-level issues
  • Support, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation using Bash/Shell scripting
  • Assist application teams with onboarding, environment setup, and YAML-based configurations
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, including tracking and fixing vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure release stability and smooth deployments
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives



  • Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Release Engineering or DevOps roles
  • Solid expertise in Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment workflows
  • Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting
  • Experience working with YAML configurations and Git-based version control
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on production support and incident handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment

    Skills Required

    • 6–8 years of experience
    • BTech, MTech, or MCA degree
    • Strong hands-on experience in Release Engineering or DevOps
