About the Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and scale the cloud infrastructure powering Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our AI-powered VFX platform. In this role, you will design and manage secure, reliable, and highly automated AWS infrastructure, enabling fast, efficient, and dependable software delivery through modern DevOps practices.
You will work closely with engineering teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized microservices, improve system reliability and scalability, and drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code. This role follows a hybrid working model based out of our Novi Sad office.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployments
- Deploy, manage, and monitor microservices-based applications
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)
- Ensure security best practices across cloud environments
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments
- Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline release processes
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and automation maturity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker)
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices
