We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This is a unique opportunity to be the cornerstone of our DevOps practice, taking full ownership of the critical systems that power our engineering innovation. You will be responsible for the entire DevOps landscape, from our CI/CD pipelines to our kernel build systems, driving efficiency and reliability across the organization. You will work with autonomy to design and implement the best solutions and collaborate with external partners to achieve our goals. What you will be doing:
Manage the full lifecycle of our CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins jobs and Gerrit.
Oversee the build process for the Linux kernel and related software packages.
Handle the creation of our Linux OS images and the versioning of the resulting software tools.
Develop and own critical engineering tools, including utilities for bisection and code coverage.
Collaborate on developing AI-driven solutions to improve and automate our engineering workflows.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in a DevOps role.
Strong experience and proficiency in Python.
Ability to work independently, take full ownership of the DevOps domain, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Outstanding verbal English skills are important for our multilingual team.

Profound knowledge of AI applications and their practical use in achieving greater DevOps efficiency.
Deep understanding of the Linux kernel and networking.
Experience in defining and leading the DevOps strategy for a team or organization.
