Be part of a fast moving, lean product development Organization, supporting the Lone Wolf family of Applications. Deliver reliable, scalable new automation and tooling features to the Lone Wolf Brokerage. Work with the Development and Product teams to deliver Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery across all Lone Wolf Product lines.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manage Azure & AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment and assets
- Create and maintain multi-tiered environments in support of SDLC
- Create and maintain Azure and Jenkins pipelines or other CI/CD tools.
- Mange source control tools such as GIT
- Work with developers and IT team to oversee code releases
- Build and manage system feedback in support of SDLC
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of working in Azure and AWS
- 5+ years of building automation and AWS
- Experience with tools such as K8s, Terraform, CloudFormation and ECS
- Strong Understanding of bitbucket/GitHub/Azure Devops
- In-depth understanding of network concepts
- In-depth understanding of security practices
- Experience working for a high growth SaaS company
- Agile, lean, or similar development methodologies/experience
- Strong Knowledge of Linux administration
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, and PowerShell
- Experience with systems and IT operations
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
- Strong grasp of automation tools
- Strong Documentation Skills and experience with performance monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic & App Insights
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Process re-engineering
- Communicating and collaborating with others
- Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision
- Desire to deliver the best solutions for the need
- Ownership of any output delivered
- Ability to justify decisions made within the code being delivered
- Ability to use data to drive decisions
