What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for a get-it-done kind of Associate Project Coordinator for our Technical Solutions Organization (TSO)! In this role, you will help lead multiple cross-functional technical teams. You will play a pivotal role in managing the resources and workload for multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will ensure successful project delivery by leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and web technologies. • Manage multiple, customer-facing  technical projects
• Use your knowledge of various project management methodologies to run projects
• Document open items and team next steps during project meetings
• Manage resources responsible for all phases of the enablement onboarding process
• Assist in the onboarding of project requests into the TSO operations tool, JIRA, by coordinating and assigning appropriate resources
• Manage open project requests to ensure they are addressed and closed in a timely manner
• Create period reports and dashboards to reflect team activity accurately
• Interact with multiple teams and groups with Contentstack and the customer
• Coordinate the projects and their independencies
• Manage and utilize resources across projects
• Manage both internal & external stakeholder engagement and communication
• Manage project documentation

What really gets us excited about you:

• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and applications, including JIRA administration
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer relations experience
• Clear and concise communication abilities
• Familiarity with web technologies and SaaS applications
• Excellent reporting, writing, and requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations and conversations
• You’re highly organized
• Agency experience is a plus
• You work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in cross-functional teams. #teamwork
• Some travel may be required
